WER was started in 2009 as an LLC in North Carolina by Monte and Rick McCraw of Hendersonville, NC. The McCraw Family is joined by a team of researchers, engineers, technologists and green energy developers who are contributing time, finances and energy to the project. |
The first WER solar farm will clearly exhibit the potential of current solar power production. Then, using a controlled growth strategy, WER will expand into Mountain Wind farm locations in the eastern United States, and add solar, wind and hydro-power "farms" where feasible in a controlled growth strategy. |
WER will generate clean, efficient and profitable commercial-scale renewable energy across the {southeast} United States using the latest solar, wind and hydro collection, generation and transmission equipment to meet the needs of today's commercial and residential consumer with a minimal impact on the environment. |
